WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone with drooping, hooding upper lids and lower lid fat pads causing a droopy, tired eyelid effect may be a good candidate for our McKinney Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty. It can be performed on skin types 1-6 (with modifications).

  • No incision or bleeding during treatment.
  • Time of execution of the treatment and recovery immediately after the treatment itself is quick compared to traditional methods.
  • No stitches or scars.
  • General anesthesia is not used: depending on the sensitivity of the patient, an anesthetic cream may be applied a few minutes before the operation. Nitrous Oxide can give an added anesthetic and anxiety benefit.
  • It is independent of the patient’s skin type: therefore, it can be made on all skin types.
  • Treatment time for both upper and lower lids should be around 90 minutes.
  • Recovery is about seven days. Swelling, redness, small micro scabs. Full results in about 2-3 months. Post Procedure pain is minimal. You could possibly work the day after treatment. Traditional Surgical Blepharoplasty recovery is 14-21 days.

UPPER-EYELID NON-SURGICAL BLEPHAROPLASTY

Upper-eyelid Blink blepharoplasty addresses sagging and wrinkled upper eyelids brought about from collagen depletion and the effects of gravity. This procedure rejuvenates the eyes, giving a more youthful and refreshed appearance. On average, we observe a noticeable 3-4 mm elevation of the upper lids.

  • Botox strategically administered in the upper face lifts the eyebrows, creating a more lifted look.
  • Dermal fillers are precisely injected into the temple and area around the eyebrows, achieving a subtle lift and enhancing eyelid openness.
  • Plasma stimulation activates Fibroblasts to begin producing elastin and collagen, resulting in firmer, smoother upper eyelid skin and a significant reduction in the appearance of a hooded eye.
  • Smart-RF Bipolar Microneedling generates the stimulation of collagen production in both the upper and lower eyelid regions, resulting in improved texture, tone, and a mild lifting effect.
  • Halo Pro resurfacing employs a unique approach by delivering dual wavelengths simultaneously. One wavelength is ablative, completely vaporizing tissue, while the other is non-ablative, causing coagulation and controlled heating. This combination effectively addresses moderate pigmentation and tonal issues, as well as textural concerns. It is especially beneficial for stimulating collagen production in mature skin.

LOWER-EYELID NON-SURGICAL BLEPHAROPLASTY

Lower-eyelid Blink blepharoplasty addresses hollowing and darkened circles under the eyes caused by drooping fat pads. This procedure provides an instant refreshed and revitalized look, reducing signs of fatigue.

  • Plasma therapy stimulates Fibroblasts to generate collagen and elastin, resulting in tightened and wrinkle-free upper eyelid skin and a significant reduction in hooded eye appearance. On average, we observe a 3-4 mm elevation.
  • PRP/PRF injections can further enhance the treatment of wrinkled skin.
  • Bio-fillers combined with PRF are precisely injected into the lower eyelid area to fill tear troughs, conceal under-eye bags, promote angiogenesis (formation of new vessels) to reduce discoloration, and provide a smooth and 100% natural volumizing effect.
  • RF - Monopolar Single Needle Microneedling targets the fat pads, applying radio frequency waves to stimulate collagen and elastin production, thereby enhancing the skin's structural integrity.
  • BBL Hero effectively improves crepey, wrinkled skin, reduces discolorations, and serves as an excellent solution for dry eye disease.
  • Mesotherapy delivers vitamins, peptides, and hyaluronic acid directly into the skin through precise microinjections, improving the appearance of wrinkled skin.

TECHNOLOGY USED

Plasma is generated by applying electric energy to the nitrogen layer above the skin, resulting in the dissociation of molecular bonds and the formation of a plasma arc. This arc transfers energy to the cell membrane, causing sublimation, where a solid transforms directly into a gas, bypassing the liquid phase that could cause skin burning. Upon contact with the skin, the plasma arc induces immediate tissue contraction and stimulates fibroblasts, triggering tissue regeneration and skin tightening.

Halo Pro employs controlled micro-injury to resurface the skin. The body's natural healing then replaces damaged, old skin cells with new ones, while also boosting collagen production and addressing pigment and textural concerns. This procedure stands out due to its simultaneous delivery of two wavelengths. One wavelength is ablative, vaporizing tissue completely, while the other wavelength is non-ablative, generating coagulation and controlled heat. This combination effectively addresses moderate pigmentation and tonal concerns, as well as textural concerns. It is particularly beneficial for stimulating collagen in mature skin.

BBL Hero utilizes intense pulses of light to directly target skin pigment. It emits specialized light in rapid flashes while moving across the treated area. Initially, the pigment darkens, indicating an effective treatment. Over the following days, the natural healing processes of the body eliminate the pigmented cells and replaces them with undamaged, fresh cells, resulting in improved skin appearance.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) refers to blood plasma with a high concentration of platelets. Not all PRP and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) treatments are created equal. Producing a product with over 12 times the progenitor stem cells and growth factors requires advanced scientific techniques and costly equipment. To create PRP for treatment, a small amount of the patient's blood is drawn and then separated using a centrifuge. This separation isolates layers of platelets, red blood cells, plasma, and white blood cells. The white cell and platelet layer is further isolated and centrifuged to extract the platelets. Finally, a small quantity of plasma is added to the platelets, forming the injectable PRP. Platelets contain more than 30 bioactive proteins crucial for tissue healing and secrete 7 protein growth factors that initiate the wound healing process. PRP also contains 3 forms of proteins that facilitate cell adhesion, another vital aspect of healing.

Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) injections are a variation of PRP that undergoes a distinct processing method to create a denser gel suitable for use as a filler, particularly in tear troughs and similar areas. Unlike PRP, PRF does not contain an anticoagulant, enabling the formation of a sponge-like gel enriched with platelets, stem cells, growth factors, and fibrin. This gel can be skillfully injected into the skin to target aging signs, hair loss, or promote skin healing.

Mesotherapy treatment is a procedure, non-surgical in nature, that targets specific concerns in the body, including cellulite, body contouring, excessive weight, and facial and neck rejuvenation, among others. The procedure involves multiple injections containing vitamins, minerals, and FDA-approved medications to address these concerns effectively.

Smart-RF Bipolar Microneedling and Monopolar Microneedling using the Virtue RF Platform involve the insertion of sterile microneedles into the deep layers of the skin, including fatty deposits if necessary. These microchannels stimulate the body's own collagen production, eliminate fat cells, and deliver targeted radio-frequency thermal energy to encourage the remodeling of collagen and elastin, resulting in skin tightening and lifting. RF Microneedling is currently one of the most popular aesthetic treatments available.

Neuromodulators (like Botox) use a botulinum toxin, blocking specific nerve signals responsible for the contraction of the muscles. The relaxation of the muscles effectively reduces wrinkles and fine lines in the skin. The effects of botox can last for about 3-6 months, at which point the wrinkles likely return. As a rule, the bacteria toxins used for medical purposes are not harmful if used correctly.
